When using assembled shelves, manual pick-up is generally used to put some loose and packed goods. The height is designed according to the height of the person, usually about 2 meters to facilitate manual access. Its structure is an assembled structure, which can be loaded and unloaded, easy to move, the height of the layer can be adjusted, and the number of layers can be increased or decreased. There are generally two types of planks: wooden boards and steel laminates. According to the different load-bearing capacity of each floor, the assembled shelves can be divided into three types: light partition shelves, medium racking shelves, and heavy racking shelves, which will be described in detail below.
1.light racking shelves
This kind of shelf supports each layer within 200kg, height within 2 meters, most width within 0.6 meters, and length of about 2 meters. The material is universal angle steel, and the connection uses rivet links for a simple and practical appearance. It is mainly used to put some small goods and can be used in warehouses, offices, etc.
2. Medium-sized racking shelves
Each layer of medium-sized shelves can support 200kg to 800kg, with a length of less than 3 meters, a width of no more than 1 meter, and a height of no more than 3 meters. Made of cold rolled steel. Medium-sized shelves are divided into medium-A shelves and medium-B shelves. Those without beams are medium A-type shelves, and some belong to medium B-type shelves. Generally, the medium-sized shelves refer to medium B-type shelves. Medium-duty shelves have a moderate load, so they are widely used in various industries.
3. Heavy-duty shelves type
The heavy-duty shelves can support between 800kg and 2000kg per floor, and the length is within 3 meters. The width is about 1.2 meters, and the height is unlimited. The shelves type can be accessed manually. The taller parts are generally palletized for use with forklifts. Such shelves are more common in large warehouses and logistics centers.
